Beloved,
If you have found your way here...
I don't believe it is by accident.
I believe there is something within you that has been quietly calling you home.
Not home as a place.
Not home as another person.
Not home as something waiting somewhere outside of you.
But home to yourself.
To the deepest part of you that has always known who you are.
The part of you that existed long before the world told you who you needed to become.
The part of you that still remembers.
Perhaps you have felt that quiet whisper for years.
A feeling that something is missing, even when your life appears full.
A knowing that there must be another way to live.
A longing you cannot quite explain.
Not because your life has no beauty...
But because somewhere within you, you know there is more.
More peace.
More joy.
More truth.
More connection.
More freedom.
More of you.
I believe many of us arrive at this doorway carrying the same quiet ache.
We have spent years learning how to survive.
We learned how to succeed.
How to achieve.
How to perform.
How to please.
How to be productive.
How to fit in.
How to become everything the world asked us to become.
Yet very few of us were ever taught how to simply be.
How to live inside our bodies.
How to listen to our hearts.
How to trust our inner knowing.
How to receive.
How to rest.
How to belong to ourselves.
How to walk gently with God.
How to feel the living presence of Mother Earth beneath our feet.
How to remember that life itself is continually trying to nourish us.
Somewhere along the way...
Many of us became so busy becoming who we thought we needed to be...
That we slowly drifted away from who we already were.
Not because we failed.
Not because we were broken.
Not because we were missing something.
But because we adapted.
We adapted to families.
To schools.
To workplaces.
To cultures.
To expectations.
To systems that often rewarded performance more than presence.
Achievement more than authenticity.
Productivity more than peace.
Control more than trust.
Little by little...
Many of us learned to leave ourselves.
We learned to live from our minds instead of our bodies.
To seek approval before truth.
To silence our intuition.
To question our own knowing.
To suppress our emotions.
To ignore the quiet language of our nervous system.
To forget that our bodies were never meant to be battled...
They were meant to become home.
And yet...
Even after all of that...
Something remarkable remained untouched.
Beneath every fear.
Every heartbreak.
Every disappointment.
Every layer of conditioning.
Every identity you outgrew.
There has always been something within you that never stopped remembering.
The part of you that still recognizes beauty.
That still feels wonder.
That still knows love.
That still looks at the stars and somehow feels connected.
That still feels something sacred when your feet touch the Earth.
That still knows there is more to life than surviving.
That part of you has never disappeared.
The part that has simply been waiting.
Waiting patiently.
Waiting lovingly.
Waiting for the moment you became ready to come home.
Not home to the person you used to be.
But home to the truth of who you have always been.
This is not a place where you will be told who to become.
This is not a place where you will be asked to become more worthy.
Or more spiritual.
Or more successful.
Or more lovable.
Because I don't believe your worth has ever been something you needed to earn.
I believe it has always been something you were born carrying.
This is a place of remembering.
A place where we gently peel away the layers of fear, survival, performance, and conditioning—not because those parts of us were wrong, but because they were doing the best they could to help us navigate the lives we were living.
Here, we honor every version of ourselves.
The child who needed safety.
The teenager who searched for belonging.
The mother who learned to nourish.
The father who learned to provide and protect.
The wise one who carries wisdom.
The joyful parts.
The grieving parts.
The courageous parts.
The frightened parts.
Every one of them has brought us here.
And every one of them deserves to be welcomed home.
I believe we are far more than physical bodies moving through a busy world.
We are souls learning what it means to fully inhabit this human experience.
Learning how to let spirit meet matter.
Learning how to allow Heaven to touch Earth through the way we live.
Through the way we love.
Through the way we care for our bodies.
Through the way we honor our emotions.
Through the way we tend to our minds.
Through the way we walk with God.
Through the way we remember that Mother Earth has been holding us every step of the way.
To me, this is what embodiment truly means.
It is allowing your soul to feel so safe within your body that it no longer hides.
It is creating a home within yourself where love can live freely.
Where truth can be spoken.
Where your nervous system can soften.
Where your heart can remain open.
Where your intuition becomes trusted once again.
Where your life slowly becomes an expression of the peace you have cultivated within.
This is not a journey of becoming someone new.
It is a journey of remembering.
Remembering what it feels like to belong to yourself.
Remembering how to listen.
Remembering how to receive.
Remembering how to trust.
Remembering how to walk in right relationship—with your body, with your heart, with God, with Mother Earth, with one another, and with all of life.
If these words stir something within you...
If they awaken a quiet knowing that has always been there...
Then perhaps your remembering has already begun.
And if that is true...
I simply want to say—
Welcome home.
I have been waiting for you.
And perhaps, in some quiet way...
You have been waiting for yourself.
If there is one thing my life has taught me...
It is that our greatest teachers rarely arrive looking like teachers.
Sometimes they arrive as heartbreak.
Sometimes as illness.
Sometimes as loss.
Sometimes as uncertainty.
Sometimes as profound joy.
Sometimes as the quiet voice within us that simply refuses to stop whispering,
"There has to be more."
For many years, I believed I was searching for healing.
I searched with my whole heart.
I wanted answers.
I wanted understanding.
I wanted to know why my body felt the way it did.
Why life felt the way it did.
Why, despite doing everything I believed I was supposed to do, there was still a quiet longing inside of me that could not be explained.
So I began searching.
I studied.
I learned.
I questioned.
I explored.
I immersed myself in regenerative health, nutrition, herbs, energy work, hypnotherapy, shamanic traditions, embodiment practices, nervous system education, and countless other teachings that deeply shaped the woman I continue becoming today.
Each teacher offered me something.
Each modality illuminated another piece of the puzzle.
Each experience expanded the way I understood myself, the body, and the beautiful complexity of being human.
I remain deeply grateful for every person, every book, every mentor, every client, every prayer, every conversation, and every season that became part of this unfolding.
Looking back now...
I don't believe any of them were meant to become my destination.
They were stepping stones.
They were invitations.
They were reminders.
Each one gently pointing me somewhere I hadn't yet thought to look.
Not further away from myself...
But deeper within.
Over time, something beautiful began revealing itself.
I noticed that no single modality held every answer.
No single philosophy explained the fullness of being human.
No single practitioner could walk my path for me.
What transformed my relationship with myself wasn't finding the perfect method.
It was learning how to weave together everything life was teaching me.
To stop separating the body from the heart.
The mind from the spirit.
Science from intuition.
Prayer from action.
Mother Earth from father sky.
The physical from the unseen.
I began realizing that perhaps we were never designed to experience ourselves in separate pieces.
Perhaps the body had never been asking to be isolated from the emotions.
Perhaps the emotions had never been asking to be separated from the spirit.
Perhaps the spirit had never been asking to leave the body.
Perhaps everything had always been longing to belong together.
As this understanding deepened, my relationship with healing began changing.
I no longer saw it as something waiting at the end of a journey.
Or something another person could give me.
Healing became a relationship.
A daily practice of listening.
A willingness to become honest.
A devotion to returning to myself again and again.
Some days that looked like nourishing my body.
Some days it looked like sitting with grief.
Some days it meant laughing until I cried.
Some days it meant resting.
Some days it meant speaking a truth that terrified me.
Some days it meant apologizing.
Some days it meant forgiving.
Some days it meant walking barefoot on the Earth.
Some days it meant praying with every ounce of my being.
Some days it meant doing absolutely nothing except allowing myself to simply be.
Little by little...
I stopped asking,
"How do I fix myself?"
And began asking,
"What is life trying to teach me?"
That one question changed everything.
Because the moment I stopped treating myself like a problem...
I became available to experience myself as a relationship.
I began noticing that my body wasn't working against me.
It was communicating.
My emotions weren't trying to overwhelm me.
They were revealing what needed my love.
My nervous system wasn't broken.
It was asking for safety.
My heart wasn't weak.
It was asking to be trusted.
Even my fear wasn't my enemy.
It was often trying to protect a part of me that simply hadn't yet learned another way.
Life slowly transformed from something I was trying to survive...
Into something I was learning to participate in.
I began walking differently.
Listening differently.
Praying differently.
Loving differently.
I started noticing that God wasn't simply someone I spoke to during difficult moments.
God was present in every breath.
Every sunrise.
Every tree.
Every unexpected conversation.
Every season of becoming.
At the same time, my relationship with Mother Earth deepened in ways I never expected.
She became more than nature.
She became teacher.
Mirror.
Medicine.
Reminder.
She showed me that nothing in creation forces its becoming.
The flowers bloom when they are ready.
The trees release their leaves when it is time.
The rivers never question whether they are flowing correctly.
Caterpillars do not resist their transformation process when called to build a chrysalis.
Everything in nature belongs exactly as it is.
I began wondering...
What if human beings were never meant to live separate from these rhythms?
What if we, too, were designed to move through seasons of growth...
Seasons of rest...
Seasons of death...
Seasons of rebirth...
Not as failures...
But as expressions of life itself.
That realization became one of the greatest gifts of my journey.
I stopped searching for a finish line.
And began falling in love with the path.
Today, I don't believe my greatest gift is what I've learned.
I believe my greatest gift is my willingness to continue remembering.
To remain a student of life.
A student of God.
A student of Mother Earth.
A student of my own body.
A student of love.
A student of truth.
Because remembering isn't something we do once.
It is a relationship we return to every day.
Each sunrise offers another invitation.
Each breath offers another opportunity.
Each season reveals another layer.
Every version of ourselves opens another doorway.
This path continues unfolding.
It continues humbling me.
It continues expanding me.
And perhaps that is the greatest lesson of all.
The destination was never waiting somewhere in the distance.
Home had been walking beside me all along.
I simply had to become quiet enough to recognize her.
There is a question that has quietly lived in my heart for many years.
What does it truly mean to be human?
Not according to society.
Not according to religion.
Not according to culture.
Not according to what we have been taught to achieve, produce, accumulate, or become.
But beneath all of that...
What did God originally intend when humanity was created?
What if being human is far more sacred than we have ever imagined?
What if we have spent generations learning how to survive...
Without ever being taught how to truly live?
When I look at our world today, I don't see broken people.
I see beautiful human beings carrying extraordinary amounts of weight.
I see nervous systems that have rarely known true safety.
Hearts that have learned to protect themselves.
Bodies that have been asked to keep going long after they were asking for rest.
Minds overflowing with information but starving for wisdom.
Souls quietly whispering beneath the noise, hoping someone will finally listen.
Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that being human meant constantly becoming something more.
More successful.
More productive.
More attractive.
More accomplished.
More accepted.
More worthy.
As though our value was something to be earned instead of remembered.
We learned to chase.
To strive.
To prove.
To compare.
To compete.
To perfect ourselves.
To become everything except fully present.
Yet I have come to believe something very different.
I believe we were never created to spend our lives proving our worth.
I believe we were created to experience life.
To love.
To create.
To feel.
To grieve.
To laugh.
To rest.
To wonder.
To belong.
To grow.
To receive.
To give.
To remember.
Being human is not a mistake our soul must overcome.
It is one of the most sacred expressions of creation itself.
Our bodies are not obstacles separating us from God.
They are living temples through which we experience God.
Our emotions are not inconveniences to suppress.
They are sacred messengers inviting us into deeper relationship with ourselves.
Our minds are not meant to dominate every moment of our lives.
They are beautiful servants when they are guided by a heart that remembers.
Our spirit is not something we visit only during meditation or prayer.
It is the quiet presence that has been walking beside us since our very first breath.
To me, being human is learning to allow all of these parts to belong together.
Body.
Mind.
Heart.
Spirit.
Earth.
Heaven.
The seen.
The unseen.
Nothing excluded.
Nothing rejected.
Nothing abandoned.
For so long, humanity has lived as though these parts existed separately.
We have cared for the body while forgetting the heart.
We have developed the mind while neglecting the soul.
We have sought spiritual experiences while remaining disconnected from our own bodies.
We have searched for belonging everywhere except within ourselves.
Yet creation continually shows us another way.
The forest does not separate its roots from its branches.
The river does not reject its source.
The moon does not apologize for its cycles.
The seasons do not compete with one another.
Everything in nature belongs because everything is in relationship.
Perhaps we were designed the same way.
Perhaps our greatest longing has never been for perfection.
Perhaps it has always been for wholeness.
Wholeness is not becoming someone else.
It is allowing every authentic part of ourselves to come home.
This is why I believe our humanity deserves such reverence.
Because every experience we have is an invitation.
Every joy.
Every sorrow.
Every ending.
Every beginning.
Every relationship.
Every season.
Every question.
Every moment life brings us becomes another opportunity to deepen our relationship with ourselves, with one another, with Mother Earth, and with God.
Life itself becomes the teacher.
And suddenly, healing is no longer the destination.
Embodiment becomes the path.
Presence becomes the practice.
Love becomes the way.
As I have continued walking this path, I have come to see that perhaps our deepest purpose is not to escape our humanity...
But to embody it so fully that our divinity naturally shines through it.
To become so present within our own bodies that our soul no longer feels like a distant whisper, but a living presence woven into every word we speak, every step we take, every choice we make.
This, to me, is what it means to become an embodied soul.
Not leaving this world behind.
But learning how to fully inhabit it.
Learning how to walk gently upon Mother Earth.
Learning how to honor the body as sacred.
Learning how to let our hearts remain open even after they have known pain.
Learning how to trust our own inner knowing while remaining humble enough to continue learning.
Learning how to live in right relationship—with ourselves, with one another, with creation, with mother earth, and with the Divine.
This is not a path of becoming more.
It is a path of becoming more fully ourselves.
Because I believe every human being carries something uniquely beautiful that has never existed before and will never exist again.
No one else has your eyes.
Your laughter.
Your story.
Your way of loving.
Your gifts.
Your medicine.
Your expression of God.
Your unique way of bringing Heaven to Earth.
You are not here to imitate another soul's path.
You are here to embody your own.
To become so deeply rooted in who you truly are that your very presence becomes an offering to the world.
Not because you are trying to be extraordinary.
But because authenticity has always been extraordinary.
Perhaps this is what humanity has been remembering all along.
That beneath every identity...
Every title...
Every role...
Every accomplishment...
Every fear...
Every wound...
Every season...
There has always been something beautifully whole waiting to be lived.
Not someday.
Not after you become enough.
Not after you finally figure everything out.
Now.
Here.
Within this breath.
Within this body.
Upon this Earth.
Walking with God.
Held by love.
Remembering, one sacred step at a time, what it truly means to be human.
If there is one thing I hope every person who walks this path comes to remember, it is this:
Your soul did not come here to escape your humanity.
It came here to embody it.
For so many of us, our spiritual journey has unintentionally become a journey away from ourselves.
We search for higher dimensions.
Higher consciousness.
Higher frequencies.
We long to transcend the pain of this world.
To leave behind suffering.
To rise above our humanity.
And while there is beauty in expanding our awareness, I have come to believe that one of the greatest spiritual journeys is not leaving the Earth—
It is learning how to fully arrive here.
To become so deeply present within ourselves that spirit no longer feels distant.
To allow the soul to fully inhabit the body it lovingly chose.
To me, this is embodiment.
Not becoming someone else.
Not reaching perfection.
Not transcending your humanity.
But allowing every part of yourself to belong.
Your body.
Your heart.
Your emotions.
Your mind.
Your spirit.
Your unique expression.
All welcomed home.
Many of us have spent years living everywhere except within ourselves.
Our minds race ahead into the future.
Or revisit the past.
Our nervous systems remain on alert, preparing for danger that may never come.
Our hearts quietly protect themselves after disappointment.
Our bodies carry the stories we never found the words to tell.
Without realizing it, we begin living beside ourselves instead of within ourselves.
We survive.
We perform.
We adapt.
Yet somewhere deep within us, our soul patiently waits...
Not asking us to become more spiritual.
Simply asking us to come home.
Home to the body.
Because the body is where life is happening.
It is where your laughter lives.
Where your tears are felt.
Where love embraces another.
Where your feet meet Mother Earth.
Where your breath continually reminds you that life is flowing through you.
Your body is not simply something you have.
It is the sacred home your soul has been entrusted with for this lifetime.
I often wonder what our lives might look like if we treated our bodies less like projects to constantly improve...
And more like homes we are learning to love.
What if instead of asking,
"How do I fix my body?"
We gently asked,
"How do I make my body feel safe enough for my soul to fully live here?"
That single question has transformed my life.
Because embodiment begins with safety.
Not perfection.
Safety.
A body that feels safe begins to soften.
A nervous system that feels safe begins to trust.
A heart that feels safe begins to open.
A mind that feels safe begins to quiet.
And within that safety...
The soul naturally expands.
This is why so much of my work begins with the physical body.
Not because the body is separate from the spirit.
But because the body is often the doorway back to it.
When we nourish ourselves...
When we breathe deeply...
When we rest.
When we move.
When we regulate our nervous systems.
When we spend time with Mother Earth.
When we allow emotions to move rather than remain trapped.
When we learn to listen instead of override.
We are not merely caring for a body.
We are preparing a home.
A home where our soul feels welcomed.
A home where God is invited to dwell more deeply within us.
A home where intuition becomes easier to hear because fear is no longer speaking quite so loudly.
Embodiment is not about controlling ourselves.
It is about cultivating relationship.
Relationship with the body.
Relationship with our emotions.
Relationship with our thoughts.
Relationship with Mother Earth.
Relationship with God.
Relationship with Life itself.
The more these relationships deepen, the more naturally our lives begin reflecting the peace we have cultivated within.
This is why embodiment cannot be separated from authenticity.
Because the more deeply we inhabit ourselves...
The less energy remains available for pretending to be someone we are not.
Our masks begin falling away.
Not because we force them to.
But because they are no longer needed.
We stop asking,
"Who should I become?"
And begin asking,
"Who am I when nothing needs to be performed?"
There is such freedom in that question.
Because beneath every role...
Every title...
Every expectation...
Every identity...
There has always been a beautiful human being waiting to be fully lived.
I believe this is where the Divine Feminine quietly begins returning.
Not through appearance.
Not through performance.
Not through trying to become more feminine.
But through presence.
Through receptivity.
Through softness that is rooted in incredible strength.
Through listening.
Through honoring our cycles.
Through trusting our inner knowing.
Through allowing ourselves to receive life rather than constantly proving ourselves worthy of it.
The Divine Feminine is not something we wear.
She is not something we imitate.
She is something we remember.
She lives within every being as a unique expression that no one else can define.
As we become more embodied, her essence naturally begins revealing herself.
Not because we are searching for her...
But because she finally feels safe enough to emerge.
This journey asks us to become incredibly honest.
To notice where we have abandoned ourselves.
Where we have silenced our truth.
Where we have remained in places that no longer nourish us.
Where we have shaped ourselves around the expectations of others rather than the quiet wisdom of our own hearts.
Not with judgment.
But with compassion.
Every version of ourselves was trying to belong.
Every version of ourselves deserves love.
And every version of ourselves has brought us here.
Embodiment teaches us that healing is not collecting more pieces.
It is allowing all of the pieces already within us to belong together.
The child.
The teenager.
The mother.
The father.
The wise One.
The joyful parts.
The grieving parts.
The courageous parts.
The frightened parts.
None are excluded.
All are welcomed.
This is what creates wholeness.
Not perfection.
Belonging.
And perhaps that is the deepest invitation of embodiment.
To become so fully at home within yourself...
That your soul no longer feels like a visitor.
To walk upon this Earth with your heart open.
Your feet grounded.
Your nervous system softened.
Your body nourished.
Your spirit alive.
Your life becoming an expression of love rather than fear.
To become so deeply rooted in who you truly are...
That your very presence becomes an offering to the world.
Not because you are trying to change it.
But because authenticity has always carried a frequency that quietly gives others permission to remember themselves too.
I believe this is one of the greatest gifts we can offer one another.
Not perfection.
Not performance.
Presence.
A human being who has learned to become a home for their own soul.
And in doing so...
Reminds the rest of us that we can come home too.
There came a moment on my journey when I realized something that quietly changed everything.
I had spent years asking questions.
Searching for answers.
Trying to understand my body.
Trying to understand my life.
Trying to understand what it truly meant to heal, to grow, to become.
Yet somewhere along the way...
The questions themselves began changing.
Instead of asking,
"How do I get where I'm trying to go?"
I found myself asking,
"Who is walking beside me?"
That question transformed my relationship with life.
Because I began realizing...
I was never walking alone.
Not once.
God had never left.
Mother Earth had never stopped holding me.
Life itself had never stopped teaching me.
I simply hadn't yet learned how to recognize the conversation.
For much of my life, I believed guidance would arrive as certainty.
As answers.
As signs that removed all doubt.
But what I discovered was something far more beautiful.
Guidance often arrives as relationship.
A quiet knowing.
A feeling within the body.
An unexpected conversation.
A sunrise that somehow says exactly what words cannot.
A bird landing nearby at precisely the right moment.
A season asking us to rest when we wanted to push.
A tree reminding us how deeply we can root while continuing to reach toward the light.
The more present I became...
The more I realized that life is continually speaking.
God is continually speaking.
Mother Earth is continually speaking.
The question is not whether they are communicating.
The question is whether we have become quiet enough to listen.
This relationship has changed every part of my life.
Because I no longer experience God as distant.
I no longer experience Mother Earth as simply the ground beneath my feet.
I no longer experience life as something happening to me.
Instead...
I experience all three as loving relationships inviting me deeper into myself.
God continually reminds me of unconditional love.
Mother Earth continually reminds me of belonging.
Life continually reminds me that every experience carries wisdom if I am willing to receive it.
Together...
They have become some of my greatest teachers.
When I feel uncertain...
I pray.
When I feel disconnected...
I walk barefoot upon the Earth.
When my mind becomes noisy...
I sit beneath the trees.
When my heart feels heavy...
I watch the rivers continue flowing.
When I forget how to trust...
I remember that the sun has never forgotten how to rise.
Nature has become one of my greatest mirrors.
Not because it tells me what to do.
But because it continually shows me what it means to live in harmony.
The flowers never compare themselves.
The mountains never rush their becoming.
The stars never apologize for shifting.
The ocean never questions whether another wave should have come instead.
Everything belongs because everything participates in relationship.
Nothing is trying to become something it was never created to be.
What if humanity remembered this?
What if we stopped measuring our lives against everyone else's path?
What if we trusted that our seasons are sacred too?
That our winters are just as necessary as our springs.
That our stillness carries as much wisdom as our movement.
That our becoming cannot be rushed.
I believe this is one of the greatest invitations God and Mother Earth continually extend to us.
Not to hurry.
But to deepen.
To become rooted before reaching.
To cultivate before harvesting.
To listen before speaking.
To receive before striving.
To belong before proving.
This is what walking with God has begun to mean to me.
Not following a list of rules.
Not striving to become worthy.
But entering into an ever-deepening relationship built upon trust, humility, wonder, and love.
It is remembering that I do not need to carry life alone.
That I am continually being guided.
Continually being supported.
Continually being invited into greater alignment.
Walking with Mother Earth has taught me something equally profound.
She asks nothing of me except my presence.
She does not ask me to earn her love.
She does not ask me to become someone different before I belong.
She receives me exactly as I am.
Whether I arrive joyful or grieving.
Certain or confused.
Strong or weary.
She simply says...
"Come.
Sit.
Rest.
Remember."
Perhaps this is why so many of us feel something awaken when we spend time in nature.
Not because nature gives us something we were missing.
But because it gently reminds us of something we have always carried.
It reminds us of our own nature.
Our own rhythms.
Our own cycles.
Our own belonging.
This is why I believe learning to walk with God and Mother Earth is not about becoming more spiritual.
It is about becoming more relational.
More present.
More aware.
More willing to participate in the living conversation that has always surrounded us.
As this relationship deepens, something beautiful begins unfolding.
We stop asking life to constantly show us the entire path.
Instead...
We begin trusting the next step.
We stop trying to force every answer.
We become willing to listen.
We stop asking for certainty.
We begin cultivating faith.
Not blind faith.
Living faith.
A faith that grows because we continue witnessing the quiet ways love has carried us all along.
This path has taught me that surrender is not giving up.
It is giving over.
Giving over the illusion that we must control every outcome.
Giving over the belief that we are walking alone.
Giving over the fear that we have somehow been forgotten.
Because we haven't.
Not for a single moment.
Every breath reminds us that Life is continually breathing through us.
Every sunrise reminds us that light always returns.
Every season reminds us that change is natural.
Every heartbeat reminds us that love continues moving within us.
Perhaps this is what it truly means to walk with God.
To walk with Mother Earth.
To walk with Life itself.
Not as separate companions.
But as one living relationship continually inviting us home.
And perhaps...
As we learn to trust that relationship more deeply...
We begin becoming the very place where Heaven can be expressed upon the Earth.
Not through perfection.
Not through performance.
But through an ordinary human life lived with extraordinary presence, authenticity, humility, and love.
To me...
This is what it means to walk in right relationship.
This is where Heaven and Earth begin meeting within us.
And from that place...
Every step becomes sacred.
There are moments in history when humanity quietly remembers something it has carried all along.
Not because something new has been created.
But because something ancient is ready to be lived once again.
I believe we are living within one of those moments now.
For thousands of years, humanity has accomplished extraordinary things.
We have built civilizations.
Created technologies.
Expanded knowledge.
Crossed oceans.
Reached the stars.
Yet somewhere within all of this becoming...
Many of us slowly forgot how to belong.
We forgot how to belong to ourselves.
To one another.
To the Earth.
To God.
To Life.
In many ways, we learned how to do.
But we slowly forgot how to be.
I believe this forgetting lives at the heart of what I call the suppression of the Divine Feminine.
When I speak of the Divine Feminine, I am not speaking about women becoming a certain way.
I am not speaking about appearance, personality, or roles.
I am speaking about a sacred way of relating to life.
The Divine Feminine is the part of us that remembers relationship.
She reminds us how to listen before reacting.
How to receive before grasping.
How to nurture before controlling.
How to honor the body rather than override it.
How to trust our intuition while remaining deeply rooted in humility.
How to move with the rhythms of life instead of endlessly pushing against them.
She reminds us that our worth has never depended upon our performance.
She reminds us that love cannot be earned.
She reminds us that rest is not weakness.
That emotions are not enemies.
That tenderness is not fragility.
That softness can carry extraordinary strength.
The Divine Feminine is not asking us to become less powerful.
She is asking us to remember a different kind of power.
A power rooted in presence rather than performance.
In authenticity rather than approval.
In embodiment rather than image.
In unconditional love rather than fear.
For many generations, much of humanity has learned to value productivity above presence.
Achievement above relationship.
Control above trust.
Doing above being.
In that imbalance, both women and men have carried wounds.
Women often learned to disconnect from the wisdom of their bodies in order to survive within systems that rarely honored their cyclical nature, intuition, or emotional depth.
Men often learned to disconnect from their own emotional world in order to become strong enough to survive within those same systems.
Neither experience reflects failure.
Both reveal adaptation.
Both deserve compassion.
Both are longing to remember.
This is why I believe the return of the Divine Feminine is not about women rising above men.
It is about restoring what has been forgotten so that humanity may become whole once again.
In my own life, I have experienced this restoration first through my relationship with myself.
As I learned to nourish my body...
To listen to my nervous system...
To honor my emotions...
To trust my inner knowing...
To walk with God...
To root myself upon Mother Earth...
Something beautiful began unfolding.
I no longer felt divided within myself.
The many parts of me slowly began belonging together.
My body became less like something I carried...
And more like a sacred home.
My heart became less like something I protected...
And more like something I trusted.
My life became less about proving...
And more about participating.
This is the gift the Divine Feminine continually offers.
She teaches us how to become home.
Not only for ourselves...
But eventually for one another.
And when this remembering begins taking root within women...
Something equally beautiful becomes possible.
The Divine Masculine is finally invited home.
Not because women rescue men.
Not because women teach men how to become men.
But because truth naturally calls truth forward.
Embodiment creates permission.
Presence creates safety.
Authenticity awakens authenticity.
Love remembers love.
An embodied woman no longer asks another human being to complete her.
She meets life from wholeness.
And in doing so...
She creates space for the masculine to lay down the armor he was never meant to wear forever.
To remember that strength and tenderness belong together.
That leadership and humility belong together.
That purpose and presence belong together.
That protecting life is different from controlling it.
This is not one remembering.
It is two rememberings meeting.
The feminine remembers relationship.
The masculine remembers stewardship.
Together...
They remember sacred union.
Not simply within relationships.
But within themselves.
Because every human being carries both these beautiful expressions.
Every human being is invited to cultivate presence and direction.
Receiving and offering.
Stillness and action.
Listening and speaking.
Compassion and courage.
The restoration begins within.
Only then can it naturally flow outward.
This is why I believe the future is not asking women to become more like men.
Nor asking men to become more like women.
It is asking each of us to become more fully ourselves.
To remember the unique way God created us to express love within this world.
Perhaps this is what the New Earth truly asks of us.
Not perfection.
Not agreement.
Not sameness.
Relationship.
Right relationship.
With ourselves.
With God.
With Mother Earth.
With one another.
With all of Life.
I believe this restoration unfolds in three beautiful movements.
The first is the remembering of the Divine Feminine—the restoration of being, embodiment, receptivity, intuition, and relationship.
The second is the remembering of the Divine Masculine—the restoration of presence, integrity, purpose, stewardship, and loving direction.
The third is the restoration of sacred human union.
Where the feminine and masculine no longer compete.
No longer fear one another.
No longer seek completion outside themselves.
But meet from wholeness.
From love.
From freedom.
This is not only the healing of women.
Nor only the healing of men.
It is the remembering of humanity.
And perhaps...
As we continue remembering together...
Heaven does not simply become a place we hope to reach someday.
It becomes something that quietly begins expressing itself through ordinary human beings who have remembered how to love.
To me...
This is the return of the Divine Feminine.
Not as an ending.
But as the beginning of humanity remembering who we truly are.
If you had asked me many years ago what I believed my life's work would become...
I never would have imagined this.
I thought I was searching for answers.
I thought I was searching for health.
I thought I was searching for healing.
Looking back now...
I believe I was being prepared to remember.
And once I began remembering...
I realized something beautiful.
Love naturally wants to be shared.
Not because it asks us to convince others.
Not because it asks us to rescue anyone.
But because love, by its very nature, overflows.
Hummm Wellness was born from that overflowing.
It was never created to become another wellness company.
Another coaching business.
Another collection of courses.
It was born from a prayer.
A prayer that every human being who feels called to this work would remember that there has never been anything fundamentally wrong with them.
That beneath every layer of fear...
Every survival strategy...
Every expectation...
Every identity...
Every wound...
There remains something beautifully whole.
Something God has never stopped seeing.
Something life has never stopped nurturing.
Something Mother Earth has never stopped holding.
That is what Hummm Wellness exists to serve.
Not perfection.
Not performance.
Not endless self-improvement.
But remembrance.
Because I believe remembrance naturally becomes embodiment.
And embodiment naturally restores relationship.
Relationship with ourselves.
Relationship with God.
Relationship with Mother Earth.
Relationship with our bodies.
Relationship with our emotions.
Relationship with our communities.
Relationship with the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within each of us.
Relationship with Life itself.
To me...
This is how Heaven begins expressing itself upon the Earth.
Not through extraordinary people.
But through ordinary human beings remembering how extraordinary it is simply to be fully alive.
Everything I create is simply an expression of that vision.
Whether it is a conversation...
A meditation...
A program...
A community...
A retreat...
A future book...
Or simply sitting beside another human being and reminding them they are not alone.
Every offering asks the same gentle question:
"What would it feel like to come home to yourself?"
The forms may change.
The teachings will continue evolving.
The language may deepen.
As I continue growing, this ministry will continue growing alongside me.
That is one of the beautiful gifts of allowing life to remain alive.
Nothing here is meant to become rigid.
Because Life is not rigid.
Creation is continually unfolding.
And I hope to continue unfolding with it.
This is why I do not believe Hummm Wellness belongs only to me.
It belongs to every person who remembers.
Every person who chooses to live with a more open heart.
Every person who decides to treat their body with reverence.
Every person who learns to listen to their own inner knowing.
Every person who chooses love over fear.
Every person who becomes willing to walk with God.
Every person who kneels upon Mother Earth with gratitude.
Every person who becomes a safe home for their own soul.
Because every one of those people becomes a living expression of this ministry.
Not because they carry its name.
But because they embody its heart.
My hope has never been to create followers.
My hope has always been to cultivate leaders.
Women who remember so deeply that they naturally inspire other women to remember.
Men who remember so deeply that they naturally inspire other men to remember.
Families who remember.
Communities who remember.
Children who grow up knowing their bodies are sacred.
Knowing their emotions are welcome.
Knowing their intuition matters.
Knowing their humanity is something to honor rather than overcome.
I dream of a world where people no longer gather because they are afraid.
But because they genuinely love being together.
Where communities are built upon interdependence rather than dependency.
Where every person understands that supporting another's light never diminishes their own.
Where abundance is shared.
Wisdom is shared.
Hope is shared.
Love is shared.
Where diversity is celebrated because every human being reveals another beautiful expression of God.
Where Mother Earth is no longer treated as a resource to consume...
But as a living relationship to cherish.
Where our bodies are honored as sacred homes.
Where our nervous systems are nurtured.
Where our children inherit remembrance instead of survival.
Perhaps this is what I mean when I speak of Heaven on Earth.
Not a perfect world.
But a world filled with human beings who are continually remembering how to love.
How to belong.
How to live in right relationship.
How to become fully themselves.
This ministry is simply one small offering toward that vision.
A place where people can gather.
Learn.
Rest.
Question.
Grow.
Feel a Sense of Belonging.
Remember.
A place where every offering becomes an invitation rather than an obligation.
A place where no one is asked to become someone else.
Only encouraged to become more deeply themselves.
Because I believe that is how the world changes.
Not through force.
Not through fear.
Not through control.
But through embodiment.
One person remembering.
Then another.
Then another.
Until love becomes so ordinary that we wonder how we ever lived any other way.
This is why Hummm Wellness exists.
To remember.
To embody.
To belong.
And in doing so...
To gently participate in the restoration of humanity—one heart, one relationship, one courageous step at a time.
Beloved,
If you have made it to these words...
Take a slow breath.
Allow yourself to simply arrive.
Not because you have reached the end of something...
But because perhaps you have reached the beginning.
A beginning that has quietly been waiting for you your entire life.
As I sit here writing these words, I cannot help but smile.
Not because I know where your journey will take you.
But because I know something far more beautiful.
I know that whatever brought you here was not an accident.
Something within you recognized something within these pages.
Not because these words gave you something you did not already possess.
But because they reminded you of something your heart has always known.
Perhaps that is all any of us are ever doing for one another.
Not changing one another.
Not fixing one another.
Simply remembering together.
If there is anything I hope you carry with you after reading this...
It is this.
There has never been anything wrong with you.
There never was.
You have never been too much.
Too sensitive.
Too emotional.
Too different.
Too late.
Too broken.
Too complicated.
Too quiet.
Too loud.
Too soft.
Too strong.
You have simply been learning.
Learning what it means to be human.
Learning what it means to love.
Learning what it means to trust.
Learning what it means to belong.
Learning what it means to become a home for your own soul.
And perhaps...
That learning has been holy all along.
Please be gentle with yourself.
This path was never meant to be rushed.
The Earth does not rush her seasons.
The moon, sun, and stars do not hurry there unique cycles.
Seeds do not hurry, despite sitting in the dark.
The rivers do not question their unfolding.
Everything within creation remembers that becoming cannot be forced.
May you offer yourself that same grace.
May you remember that healing is not a race.
Embodiment is not a destination.
Remembering is not something that happens once.
It is a lifelong relationship.
A continual returning.
A sacred conversation.
A thousand quiet moments where you choose yourself again.
Not from selfishness.
But from love.
Because every time you choose to return home to yourself...
You make it a little easier for someone else to return home to themselves.
This is how the world changes.
Not through louder voices.
But through quieter hearts.
Not through more fear.
But through more love.
Not through becoming someone else.
But through becoming fully ourselves.
As you continue walking this path...
May you remember to listen to your body.
May you trust the wisdom of your heart.
May you allow your emotions to move like rivers rather than remain frozen like stone.
May your mind become a beautiful servant rather than a fearful master.
May your nervous system discover what safety truly feels like.
May your spirit remember the joy of living inside your body.
May you walk gently with God.
May you walk gratefully upon Mother Earth.
May you become a faithful steward of the life you have been given.
May you honor both your inner Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, allowing them to grow into a beautiful dance of presence and purpose, receptivity and action, intuition and integrity.
May you remember that love was never asking you to earn it.
Only to receive it.
And then...
To become it.
There will be seasons when life asks you to let go.
Trust them.
There will be seasons when life asks you to begin again.
Trust them.
There will be seasons when nothing seems to make sense.
Trust them.
There will be seasons when everything begins blooming at once.
Receive them.
Every season belongs.
Every part of you belongs.
Every breath belongs.
Every step belongs.
You belong.
Never forget that.
As you continue remembering, you may notice that your life begins changing.
Not because you are trying to become someone new.
But because what no longer reflects your heart quietly falls away.
Relationships may shift.
Dreams may evolve.
Priorities may become simpler.
Your definition of success may soften.
Your definition of love may deepen.
Your relationship with God may become more intimate.
Your relationship with Mother Earth may become more sacred.
Your relationship with yourself may become more compassionate than you ever imagined possible.
Allow it.
You are not losing yourself.
You are meeting yourself.
Again.
And again.
And again.
Until one day...
You wake up and realize that peace no longer feels like something you occasionally visit.
It has quietly become the way you live.
Not because life became perfect.
But because you learned how to remain present within it.
To me...
This is what Heaven on Earth has always meant.
Not escaping this world.
But allowing the love of God to become so deeply embodied within you that wherever your feet touch the Earth...
Love arrives too.
You become a place where hope feels possible.
Where truth feels safe.
Where compassion feels natural.
Where others remember something beautiful simply because they have been in your presence.
Not because you tried.
But because you became.
And perhaps...
That is what every human soul has been longing for all along.
Not greatness.
Not recognition.
Not perfection.
Simply to become a clear expression of the love that created them.
If our paths meet through one of these offerings...
Know that it will be an honor to walk beside you for a season.
Not to tell you who to become.
But to witness the extraordinary human being that has been waiting patiently beneath every layer of fear, expectation, and forgetting.
And if our paths never meet beyond these words...
Know this.
I still believe in you.
I believe in your heart.
I believe in your wisdom.
I believe in your capacity to love.
I believe in your ability to remember.
I believe that God is continually walking beside you.
I believe Mother Earth will continue holding you.
I believe Life will continue teaching you.
And I believe there is a version of humanity waiting to be born through each one of us...
One courageous step...
One loving choice...
One remembered breath at a time.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for choosing yourself.
Thank you for saying yes to the quiet whisper within that brought you here.
May you continue remembering.
May you continue embodying.
May you continue belonging.
May your life become a living prayer.
May your presence become a blessing.
May your heart remain open.
May your soul feel at home.
And may you never forget...
You were never searching for the path.
You were the path.
You were never searching for home.
You have always been home.
Welcome home.
With all my love,
Leanne Elizabeth
